Community Involvement
Each day grants us another opportunity to help change our community for the better.
The VIP Automotive Group has a long history of partnerships with charitable organizations. We believe that living and working in our communities means we all share a responsibility to make them better — not just for us today, but for the generations to come. With your support, we can make the most of these opportunities. Please join us, friends and neighbors.
DogFest
Celebrating the Human-Canine Bond
DogFest is a high-energy, dynamic event for dog lovers and Canine Companions supporters alike. This community event celebrates the human-canine bond and the incredible joy dogs bring to our lives every day. DogFest engages new friends, volunteers, supporters and donors while raising money and awareness for providing expertly trained service dogs to people with disabilities.
VIP Auto Group is proud to sponsor Bobbi and the Strays at DogFest. Bobbi and the Strays is a non-profit, no-kill animal rescue organization dedicated to finding permanent, loving homes for every dog and cat they rescue. Their guaranteed return policy ensures every adoption is a lifelong match.
Healthcare Heroes Jeep Giveaway
Honoring Frontline Workers
The VIP Automotive Group Healthcare Heroes Jeep Giveaway honors Northwell Health frontline workers who kept our communities safe during the most challenging times in recent memory. Each year, VIP provides one healthcare worker in need with a brand-new Jeep Renegade.
Healthcare workers have endured extraordinary sacrifices to protect our communities. This giveaway is VIP's way of saying thank you — recognizing not just the long hours and personal risk, but the compassion and dedication that defines healthcare on Long Island.
Salute to Heroes
Great American Jeep Giveaway
Every year at the Salute to Heroes concert, Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram presents a brand-new Jeep Freedom Edition to a veteran in need. The award is the culmination of Westbury's Great American Jeep Giveaway, which has honored veterans in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
Westbury Jeep partners with non-profits Services for the Underserved and Suffolk County United Veterans to identify and nominate New York State veterans throughout the summer. Finalists are selected by an independent panel and invited to the concert, where the recipient is announced. Donations collected throughout the summer months further support veterans in our community.
Cohen Children's Medical Center
Subaru Share the Love
Grand Prix Subaru is proud to have selected Cohen Children's Medical Center as their Hometown Charity of Choice through the Subaru Love Promise and annual Share the Love event. Grand Prix Subaru has raised more than $350,000 to support new advances, safer treatments, and ultimately cures for the children and families at Cohen Children's.
The Share the Love event runs every holiday season — for each new Subaru sold or leased, Subaru of America donates $250 to the customer's charity of choice. Grand Prix Subaru's commitment to Cohen Children's reflects the dealership's deep connection to the families of Nassau County.
